Neil Peart passed away today, apparently he had brain cancer for the past few years, that explains why he wanted to quit Rush, and who would blame him. Neil was quite possibly the greatest rock drummer to ever live, at least thats the way i see it. I was lucky enough to have seen him 7 times over he years, the first time was February 3rd, 1979 on the Hemispheres tour and last time on the Clock Work Angels tour, all shows i will never forget. Rest in peace Neil, you will not be forgotten. Derek Hess
