Soul Coughing Concert Poster by Derek Hess is a rare piece of concert art created for a show at the Euclid Tavern in Cleveland, Ohio when Derek booked all the bands there. Derek said, "I believe this was the last time I was able to put Soul Coughing at the Euc. They played there several times afterwards but only as unannounced surprise gigs. The baby angel is smoking a cigarette and coughing because of it. He’s soul coughing. The devil is pouring the angel some cough syrup which has the word expectorant hand written on the poster."
