This is for a summer concert series for the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame during the summer of 1998. It was for original music (no cover bands) at the Patio behind Peabody’s Downunder. Since there is no surf in Cleveland i have the figure standing on his surfboard that’s up on cinderblocks.
