Black and Red Rose 8-Track is an original artwork created by Derek Hess of a mixed media illustration on the surface of an 8-track tape by Faces. This piece is one of the last works remaining from a 2014 series painted on vintage rock cassettes.

Featuring familiar Hess themes that include a black rose with a barbed wire stem, this piece was made using pen and acrylic on the cassette's surface. 

5.6" x 7.5" x 1.5" in a black shadow box frame.
