216 Concert Poster was illustrated by artist Derek Hess for his second solo show in Cleveland, Ohio at the William Busta Gallery in the mid 90s. The show featured Craw and Throckmorton peforming. It's titled "216" because that's Cleveland's area code. The print features a human figure drawn with forced perspective, a drawing technique for which Derek is known, holding an old school telephone receiver. It's placed like a cross on the figure's back with the two angels nailing his hands in.
