False is an open edition print by Derek Hess made from a question from the MMPI, the Minnesota Multifaceted Personality Inventory. The MMPI is a true and false questionnaire that is given to someone to see if they are crazy.  Derek said, "This one is question #13, 'When I look ahead to the future, I expect I will be happier than I am now. The answer on this piece is ‘false’."
