This is a print from a mixed media piece. Acrylic paint was used to create the background color and the red skull. Then i took  an old bra advertisement from a 1960’s or early 70’s Cosmopolitan or Glamor magazine and mounted it over it, tearing the paper back to reveal the skull beneath the skin. I was doing a lot of torn paper pieces at the time and thought this one was pretty successful.
