Suicide Note Album - Warrior is an art piece created by Derek Hess made from his original Suicide Note illustration being printed directly onto the cover of the the album, Fighting For The Earth by Warrior. This piece is one of the last works remaining from a 2013 series of Suicide Note images being printed directly onto on vintage record covers as art. The original vinyl record is also included. 

Suicide Note is a symbolic reminder of the healing power of music.
