I drew R.L. Burnside as a character because he’s quite the character. It’s a four color poster which gave me enough colors to create secondary and third different shades in the skin tone. He’s swinging an axe handle because R. L. took no shit. I have a quote of his written along side of his left side, it say’s “I didn’t mean to kill anybody, I just shot him in the head. Him dying was between him and God”.
