The weekend the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame was opening here in Cleveland. The owners of the Euclid Tavern asked me to book up the weekend so I thought of the Jesus Lizard playing all three night. The band agreed to make it a three off bunch of nights, they weren’t on tour. I picked our the different opening bands for all three nights, Season To Risk drove in for the one night and Cathouse drove in for the night they were playing as well. The T-Rex was drawn from a structure at the Cleveland Museum of Natural History. The background was an old print of Polynesian surfers and i had Jesus surfing on top of the T-rex.
